If a property passes the initial direction check, the next step is to assess whether the home is workable from a Feng Shui perspective.
While direction is the starting point, the layout and structure of the home determine whether Feng Shui can be effectively applied.
In this stage, I review the floor plan to identify whether the home is Feng Shui doable, or whether it presents significant challenges.
I will outline the type of recommendations that may be required, whether that involves simple adjustments or more substantial changes such as renovations.
If you are open to renovating, I can also guide you on the level of changes needed for the home to meet Feng Shui requirements.
This is not a full Feng Shui audit, but a clear assessment of whether the home is suitable to move forward with, and what would be involved in working with it.

This package applies the same two-step process used in the Quick Direction Check and Property Suitability Check across up to 12 properties.
It is designed for those actively searching, helping you filter through options and identify a home that will genuinely support you.
Part 1 — Quick Direction Check
A compass-based check to determine whether the property direction supports you. This acts as the initial filter.If the direction is not supportive, you can move on quickly without investing further time or energy.
Part 2 — Property Suitability Check
If the direction is supportive, the floor plan is reviewed to assess whether the home is workable from a Feng Shui perspective.This includes:
whether the home is Feng Shui doable
the level of difficulty involved
the type of changes that may be required
whether it is worth proceeding

An initial assessment to determine whether your home can support fertility.
This involves reviewing your floor plan and key features of the home to identify any major Feng Shui factors that may be impacting conception, pregnancy, or overall reproductive health.
This is a focused assessment to determine whether the home is suitable, or whether there are significant challenges that may make it difficult to work with from a Feng Shui perspective.
If the home is suitable, we can then move into a full Fertility Feng Shui Audit to provide detailed recommendations.

If you proceed with the full Fertility Feng Shui Audit, this fee will be deducted from the total investment.
