The Process
We begin by bringing your attention inward, away from the noise of overthinking, pressure and trying to figure everything out, and into what’s actually sitting beneath the surface. You don’t need to force anything or figure it out — we simply start with what’s there and allow it to show itself in a way that feels natural.
As this internal layer begins to change, things start to reorganise. The emotional weight can lift, your perspective can shift, and what once felt unclear begins to open. From this place, the path forward becomes easier to see — not because you’ve forced an answer, but because something underneath has moved.
From there, we move into a guided process that combines working with imagery and symbolism, subtle energy shifts, and a meditative state to help reorganise patterns beneath the surface. Rather than talking about the money, business or life issue over and over, we work directly with what’s underneath it, allowing it to shift at the level where it’s being held.
